Fredrick Benjamin "Freddie" Kidd

Obituary:

Mr. Fredrick Benjamin “Freddie” Kidd, age 77, of La Crosse, died Wednesday, May 8, 2019 in Maria Parham Hospital, Henderson, NC.
He was born November 13, 1941 to Weldon A. and Edna L. Kidd and had always lived on the farm. Over the years, Freddie worked at Magnolia Mobile Homes in South Hill, Lorene Building Supply and considered himself to be a conserver of what God had permitted him to till and started a Dairy and milked cows until September 2013.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-seven years Frances Wright Kidd, a son Anthony Scott Kidd and grandchildren; Logan Hunter Kidd and Ainslee Scott Kidd all of North Carolina and a sister Rachel Cobb of Glen Allen, Va.
A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Freddie’s name to the COPD Foundation, 3300 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Miami, FL. 33134. Online condolences may be sent through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com.
