Brenda Gail Major Evans

Mrs. Brenda Gail Major Evans, age 64 of Blackstone and formerly of Gasburg, died Friday, February 22, 2019 at her residence. She was a former employee of Craddock-Terry Shoe Factory, Lawrenceville. Brenda Gail is survived by her husband Robert G. Evans, two sons; Robert Anthony Major and wife Abigale of Amelia and James Allen Major and companion Katland of Blackstone, three grandchildren, her mother Doris Fromal and step-father Joe Fromal of Chase City and a sister by choice Betty Seward of South Hill.
A graveside funeral service will be conducted Monday, February 25, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. in Pleasant Hill Christian Church Cemetery, Gasburg, Va.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 P.M. until, at her residence , 217 W. Broad St., Blackstone, Va.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to P.O. Box 422, South Hill, Va. 23970.
