Obituary:

Jeanette Cole Hudson, age 88, of South Hill, died Friday March 1, 2019. She was the organist at Trinity United Methodist Church for fifty years. She is survived by her two sons: Jackson Myles Hudson and his wife Marty of Henderson, NC and Wendell Raymond Hudson and his wife Mary of Troutville, VA; her grandchildren: Michael, Amy and Shaun; her great-grandchildren: Jackson, Maddy Kay, Sharon, Walker, Hudson, Lillian, Everleigh and Grayson; her sister, Carole Boykin and her husband Jesse of Mechanicsville, VA; two step grand-daughters: Michelle and Kate and her step-great-grandchildren: Haley, Paulie, Harmony, Jude and Rob. Ms. Hudson was preceded in death by her sister, Christine Pace. A graveside funeral service will be conducted on Monday March 4th at 2:00 P.M. at the Kingswood United Methodist Church Cemetery in Bracey, VA. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mecklenburg County Cancer Association at P.O. Box 311, Chase City, VA 23924. Online condolences may be made through our webpage, www.crowderhitecrews.com.
