Frank Brazwell Norton, Jr.
December 17, 1920 - January 27, 2017
Mr. Frank Brazwell Norton, Jr., age 96 of South Hill and formerly of Arizona, died Friday, January 27, 2017 in the Hundley Center. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and the last, of the original Calvary units, the Korean and Vietnam conflicts and finished his career in the U.S. Air Force all serving in government Security for Lockheed-Martin and the widower of Yvonne Carol Norton.
Mr. Norton is survived by three sons; Steven Norton (wife Donna) of Houston, TX, Thomas Norton (wife Darla) of Oklahoma City, OK., and Jay Norton (wife Tami) of Spring Branch, TX., a daughter Paulette Campbell (husband Ron) of Palmer Springs, Va. , a half brother Richard Norton of Arkansas), twenty grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son Lorren Barker and a daughter Melodie Pliler.
A graveside funeral service will be conducted Friday, February 3, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in Crestview Memorial Park with American Legion Post #79 military honors. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.
