Mr. Charles Thomas "Tommy" Cobb
March 23, 1939 - March 30, 2018
Mr. Charles Thomas Cobb, age 79, of South Hill, VA went home to the Lord on Friday, March 30, 2018. He was the son of the late Nell and Rowland Cobb. He was a former member of the South Hill Volunteer Fire Department and a retired employee of VDOT. He loved hunting and fishing in his earlier days. Without thinking about himself, he constantly helped the elderly. He was the recent widower of Nancy Evans Cobb and is survived by his daughter, Jeanie Cobb LeVan; granddaughter, Samantha Faith LeVan; brother, RE Cobb and wife Beth, and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, April 6th at 2:00 P.M. in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory with the family receiving friends immediately following the service.
