Mr. Charles "C.W." Harris, Jr.

On November 24, 2018, Charles “C.W.” Wade Harris, Jr., of Shrewsbury, beloved husband of the late Eleanor Brame Harris; devoted father of Kathleen Harris Schrader and her husband Michael, and the late Charles Kevin Harris; cherished grandfather of Christopher Michael Schrader and his wife Victoria, Laura Danielle Scarff and her husband James; treasured great grandfather of Eleanor, Avery, Spencer, Finnleigh and Jackson. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Family and friends will honor C.W.’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services – Monkton, MD .16924 York Rd.(York & Monkton Rds. – Hereford), on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, from 2-4 & 6-8PM. The family will receive friends Friday, November 30, 2018 11 AM to 11:30 A.M. at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 23875 Hwy 47, South Hill, Virginia 23970. Services will be conducted at 11:30 A.M. followed by interment in the Tabernacle Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in C.W.’s name may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
