Richard LeRoy Hazen

Mr. Richard LeRoy Hazen, age 89 of Boydton, died Saturday, January 16, 2021 in Chase City Health and Rehab. He was a Graphic Design Artist and a U.S. Navy veteran.
Richard is survived by his wife Darlene Rollins of Boydton, a daughter Darla Hazen Mash (Dave) of Caledonia, OH, a step-son Jesse Rollins (Holly) of Bracey, a sister Sue Alves of Nashville, TN, three brothers; Steve Hazen (Judi) of Port Orange, FL, Fred Hazen (Judy) of Austin, TX and Tom Hazen of South Carolina. He was predeceased by a son Stephen Nicholas “Nick” Hazen. Funeral services will be private. Online condolences may be sent through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com.
