Obituary:

Mr. Joseph Nelson “Joe” Coleman, age 81, of Kenbridge died Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at his residence. He was a former service technician for Commonwealth Propane. Joe is survived by his wife of fifty-nine years, Marjorie H. Coleman; his son, Joseph M. “Jodie” Coleman and his wife Charity of Alberta; two sisters Jeanette C. Cummings of South Hill and Jeanie C. Ozmore and her husband Floyd of Petersburg and four grandchildren: Peyton, Nicholas, Lily Grace and Luke Coleman. A funeral service will be conducted Friday, February 26, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 P. M. until the hour of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Antioch United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 265 Stonemill, Rd., Kenbridge, Va. 23944.   2. Margie we were sadden to hear of the passing of Joe. He fought the good fight. He was always smiling such a fun and kind spirit. I know you, Jodie, Charity and grandchildren will miss him but he is walking smiling at home with the Father in the land of no more pain and suffering.
