Mr. Jerry Lewis Mulchi, Sr. age 62, of Henderson, NC, died on Sunday, May 29, 2022. Mr. Mulchi is survived by his four children: Stacy M. Phillips of Youngsville, NC; Jerry L. Mulchi, Jr. of Forksville; Kathreen Mulchi of Houston, TX and Lisa Mulchi of La Crosse; his brother, Linwood W. Mulchi of Raleigh, NC and his six grandchildren. Services will be private.
