Mrs. Elizabeth Vaughan Voight

Mrs. Elizabeth Vaughan Voight, age 80 of Niceville, Florida, formerly of South Hill, Virginia died Monday, March 15, 2021 at her home. She was a homemaker, active in her Church for many years, enjoyed spending time with her children, and attending the family gatherings. Mrs. Voight is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Allen Voight, Sr., parents, Gilbert Carlton Vaughan and Mela Wright Vaughan, brothers "Pete" Vaughan, "Boots" Vaughan, sisters Virginia Phillips and Francis Morgan Barnes. She is survived by her daughters Brenda Vinyard, Kathy King, Dianne Rebish, Michelle Jones, and son Frank "Allen" Voight Jr. Her sisters Gilberta Haley, Shirley Strickler, and Ann Pernell, as well as ten (10) grandchildren and twelve (12) great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, March 27th at 11:00 A.M. in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory with interment to follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday evening March 26th from 6:00 until 8:00 at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com. I am so sad to hear Lizzy has passed away. I have always loved talking to her. She is one of my favorite great aunts. She has always been so sweetest person. I will keep everyone in my thoughts and prayers.
