  2. Friend

Shawn was such a great person. When he left us to move on to a better job, I was very sad and have missed him ever since.
I am so sorry he passed away at such a young age.

  3. Already miss you

Shawn .. you were always smiling when you came through our post & always asked how we were. Coming back to work Thursday was really hard for us all. You are truly missed & we value all the advice & conversations we had. Rest high my friend & my deepest condolences to your family.

  4. Packing up

This isn’t easy to write. During the pandemic schedule we together a lot. We butt heads, laughed, and even vented to each other. Each day ended with a packing up text as each person raced to see who could get out the gate first you would hang around to be the last person out the gate. There are things that will forever stick with me. Like when I was applying for my new job. I was nervous and even almost didn’t apply because I didn’t think I would it get. You stopped me from doubting myself told me that if anyone could do it I could. I nailed my interview shortly after that. When I left boydton in January. You were the last person I seen. We said goodbye and wished each other luck not knowing that would be the last goodbye. You always pushed yourself to be the best you could and go the extra mile. You will be missed.
    Condolences to your family.

  7. I’ll miss you buddy.

I just want to say Shawn was a great person and friend. The only friend I’ve ever had that offered to help me move and was even there early. I’ll miss our chats at work and remember the fun times we had on night shift. So long good buddy.
