  1. Our Condolences

On behalf of the family of Bernard “Bernie” Scerbo, we know that Big I was a character back in the day at John H. Kerr Reservoir. Bernie thought a lot of Big I. I also remember him from the best summer of my life, when I volunteered at the Management Center. God is building a great crew up there! ☺️

  2. Chief Ranger, USACE

Big I was one of a kind. I sat next to him for several years at Kerr and went on patrol with him several times. He was always so kind to me and my family, and even though I have been gone from the area for several years, we kept up on Facebook. I will greatly miss his spirit and his friendly smile. He will surely be missed. Big I, rest in the arms of Jesus my friend, your work on Earth is done. To his family, I pray for peace that only our Savior can give and comfort for you at this time.
