Pearl Clary Watson
03/05/1932 - 01/30/2025
Pearl Clary Watson, age 92 of La Crosse, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 30, 2025.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, her greatest joy in life was her family. Her kind hearted spirit will be remembered by all who knew and loved her.
Pearl was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband. Thomas Hart “Toby” Watson, whom she shared 70 wonderful years of marriage. Her parents, Richard and Nora Clary, her brothers, George Clary, Monroe Clary and Sheldon Clary, her sisters, Margaret Mills and Lucille Lewis.
She is survived by her sister, Ruth Walker of La Crosse, her son, Thomas H. “Tommy” Watson, Jr. (Annette) of Midlothian; her daughter Sheree Brown of Wilmington, NC, her son-in-law, Greg Brown of Garner, NC, grandchildren, Heath Brown (Candi) of Wilmington, NC, Tifani Brown of Wilmington, NC, Trevor Brown (Heather) of Garner, NC, Wendy Hatcher (Pete) of North Chesterfield, VA, Shane Clary of Eden, NC, great – granddaughter Skyler Dixon of North Chesterfield, VA and Tonia Inge who also held a special place in her heart.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Crowder – Hite – Crews Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M. with a visitation beginning an hour prior at 1:00 P.M. with interment to follow the service at La Crosse Cemetery. Messages of condolences may be made through our website at www.crowderhitecrews.com. Crowder – Hite – Crews Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Watson family.

Pearl and Toby both were a big blessing to James and I. Loved Toby’s wit and Pearl’s sweet smile and loving demeanor. Pearl will be missed by all who knew her. Our condolences to the entire family.
