  1. Captain of American Legion Post 79 Honor Guard

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Clyde was a very unique person. If he liked you he would engage in a conversation in his soft spoken manner usually beginning with a question, but if you asked him a question he would not give you a direct answer. He served his county with dignity. He was proud to have served and attained the rank of Master Sergeant in the U. S. Army which speaks well for himself. He enjoyed his membership at American Legion Post 79 for the past 17 years where he spent many hours among fellow members and he attended the regular monthly meetings. It is with honor and privilege to provide Military Honors for Clyde at his funeral service.

  2. Prayers for family and friends. Mr. Washburn was a kind and respectful man. It was always a joy talking to him an having him at church. May your memories of him bring smiles and laughter of all the good times you shared..
