I only remember my cousin from a early age. We were close as kids. Merita was always full of life and fun to be around. She will be missed even though we have not kept in touch. My heart and prayers go out to the family.

  7. Our Deepest Condolences

Merita was our friend and next door neighbor for many years. We shared ideas on everything including flowers, cooking and making crafts. Merita was so talented, and she had sincere compassion for people and animals. We will miss her deeply. For Stephanie and Rick, we share your sorrow. Merita has completed her journey to be with our Lord.

  8. Ricky and Stephanie, I am so sad to hear about Merita’s passing. I have fond memories of working with her at CMH . I knew her to be a conscientious nurse and compassionate to those she cared for . She was definitely a “straight shooter “, she never mensed her words. 😊 There was never any doubt that Merita loved her family especially Ricky and Stephanie as they were her conversation piece most of the time.
Y’all are in my prayers and my condolences.

  9. Our deepest condolences to Rick, Stephanie and the entire family. May the Lord comfort you in this time of sorrow. We are praying for you all. Love Denise, Renae and Family
