Mr. Harold Linwood "Lynn" Hendrick

Mr. Harold Linwood “Lynn” Hendrick, age 70, of South Hill, passed away on Wednesday September 24, 2025. He was a retired sales representative for Parker Oil Company, an avid golfer and a life member of the Southside Rescue Squad. Lynn is survived by his companion of nineteen years, Nancy G. Jacobs of South Hill; his two sons: Justin Hendrick and his wife, Kimberly of Baskerville and Josh Hendrick and his wife Morgan of Richmond; his two sons by choice: Taylor Jackson and his girlfriend Ashley Tharp of South Hill and Jeff Jacobs and his wife Adrian of Washington, D.C.; his six grandchildren: Reagan Hendrick, Lennon Hendrick, Hayden Hendrick, Logan Hendrick, Will Jacobs and Jack Jacobs and his faithful friend and beloved pet dog, Bentley. A memorial service is to be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, October 6, 2025 at Crowder – Hite – Crews Funeral Home. Memorial contributions in Lynn’s name may be made to the Southside Rescue Squad at P.O. Box 546, South Hill, VA 23970 or to the Mecklenburg County Cancer Association at P.O. Lynn was a great man! I have so many great memories with him, Justin and Mark. Waffle House, batting practice, oil changes and 1/4 mile runs in Dinwiddie!
