Mr. James Russell Skinner

Mr. James Russell Skinner, age 75, of Bracey, passed away on Wednesday March 25, 2026. He was a retired employee of Philip Morris International and always enjoyed spending time on Lake Gaston. He is survived by his son, David W. Skinner of Jarratt; his two daughters: Mary Bailey of Jarratt and Patricia Underdoe of Weldon, NC and his former wife, Lidie Cottee of Jarratt. A graveside funeral service will be conducted on Monday March 30th at 2:00 P.M. in Southlawn Memorial Park in Petersburg. Online condolences may be made through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com.
