  1. Friend

She was a wonderful person inside & out, she never had a bad thing to say. I followed her from Walmart to Off the Top, she always did a great job on my hair, we sometimes went to lunch after she was finished cutting my hair. I will miss her friendship greatly. RIP Elaine. Condolences to her daughter Amanda & the 2 children she loved you all so much. Prayers for the family & friends left behind, she will be missed.

  6. I am so sorry to hear about Elaine passing. She was a beautiful soul. Amanda and family I am so sorry for your loss of mom and grandmother. 7. Loving Niece

My Dearest Aunt, I know you are no longer in pain or suffering and do not have to endure dialysis any longer but we were not quite ready to let you go. Of course, we would never be ready. I always knew you were a phone call away with a good listening ear if I needed it. I admired your spunk, strength, and open armed, no judgement but also no nonsense demeanor. You loved and were loved. Watch over me as I continue to raise this little spunky redhead that always makes me think of you and your red hair with the same spitfire zest for life. Rest easy knowing Amanda will always have a caring “Sister” in me to support her. Fly high sweet soul and give Memaw and Pepaw a big hug from Ol’ PJ. xo

  8. Elaine and I were friends for many many years. We went to school together, her mom worked at the restaurant that my mom and dad had, she fixed my mom’s hair till my my mom died and she has fixed mine at different times over the years and we would always go to eat after she did my hair. And sometime we would just go eat just to be together and catch up. I know you have suffered and now you are no longer in pain and are resting in the arms of Jesus, but we the ones left behind are heart broken. Amanda you an the grandchildren were her life. Know that she was loved by many and will be missed a lot. Prayers to all the family.

  9. Fly High

Elaine had cut my hair for about 8 1/2 years. She also cut my husband’s hair, my Mother in law and sister in law’s hair. We went out to eat once after our haircuts. She always had stories to tell. Her pride and joy was her daughter Amanda and her grandchildren.
    You will definitely be missed.
