Mrs. Margaret Brenda Reed Price

Mrs. Margaret Brenda Reed Price, age 77, of Chase City, died on Tuesday October 3, 2023 in her home surrounded by her family. She was a retired employee of Craddock-Terry Shoe Factory. Mrs. Price is survived by her husband, William George Price of Chase City; her four step-children: Billy Price and his wife Melissa of Chase City, Ronald Price and his wife Pam of Chase City, Ann Marie Newcomb and her husband Cory of Phoenix and Kenneth Daniel and his wife Melanie of Red House; her six step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; her sister, Dorothy Spence of Brodnax and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Price was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Lundy Clary; her sister, Betty Adams and her three brothers: Glenn Reed, William Reed and Robert Reed. A funeral service will be conducted on Friday October 6th at 2:00 P.M. in the Olive Branch United Methodist Church in Gasburg, VA with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 7:00 until 8:30 in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to the Faith Baptist Church in Chase City or to the Olive Branch United Methodist Church in Gasburg.
