memories of Sonny
Sonny was a Christian, friend & gentleman. Having worked w/him for many years-he was a joy to be around. Charles and Sonny shared a love for the Hot Rod & Classic Cars & enjoyed their “car talks”.
We saw him in May at our Retirement Luncheon & talked w/him & Lois quite awhile, and so glad that God gave us that time and such a kind, loving friend. Prayers for the family continue!

Lois and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have been a member of Virginia Street Rods for only six years, but I first met Sonny at the Colonial Williamsburg Rod Run about 20 or so years ago. I still have a spreadsheet that I used in 2014, the last year that I was the Rod Run Coordinator, that shows Sonny had 36 consecutive years of attending the Rod Run. Sonny was a true “Street Rodder” and a friend to all who knew him. Sonny will be remembered and missed by all his car buddies. Rest in Peace Sonny and we will meet again down
Dorsey was a such nice man. The last reunion I attended I spent time talking with Dorsey, and I will remember that and the times we were on the football field together. May he rest in peace.

Remembrances
Dear Lois, Allen, and Lesley, we are so sorry to hear about the loss of your father and husband. Sonny was a great guy who always was there for us when we visited with a friendly smile and hug. We will sorely miss him. I remember his love of antique cars with some in his driveway when we would visit. May God give you peace in your love of your father knowing how much you had helped him over the last troubling years.
Love, your cousin, Maurene and Victor Atzori

Long-time Friend
Lois and family,
I’m sad to hear about Dorsey’s passing. Our friendship began in the mid-60’s and I must say I’ve never known a person of more integrity than Dorsey. He was a true friend and I know Heaven has received another fine person. May God bless you as you move forward without Dorsey.
Hugs,
Agnes
