Mr. Robert Francis "Bobby" Winckler

Mr. Robert Francis “Bobby” Winckler, age 83, of Boydton, died on Saturday December 30, 2023 in his home. He was a long time cattle farmer. Mr. Winckler is survived by his wife, Anne Stewart Winckler of Boydton; his son, Robert Francis “Robbie” Winckler, Jr. and his wife Nereyda of Chester; his granddaughter, Katie Garcia Winckler and his four brothers: Curtis Winckler, Robert Winckler, Jimmy Winckler and Charles Winckler. Mr. Winckler was preceded in death by his son, Michael Lynn Winckler; his sister, Carolyn Winckler and his brother, Samuel Winckler. A graveside funeral service will be conducted on Friday January 5th at 2:00 P.M. at the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery, Baskerville, VA. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 7:00 until 8:00 in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Palmer Springs Volunteer Fire Department at 1697 Palmer Springs Road, Boydton, VA 23917 or to the Boydton Volunteer Fire Department at 928 Madison Street, Boydton, VA 23917.
