Mr. Donald Walter LaFosse

Mr. Donald Walter LaFosse, age 95 of Hawks Nest subdivision, Bracey, VA passed away Saturday, July 6, 2024 at his residence. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, the United States Marine Corp and worked as a Security Officer for the City of Norfolk, VA. Mr. LaFosse is survived by his wife of sixty-nine years, Joyce Bradley LaFosse, 2 sons, Kenneth LaFosse of Bracey and Thomas LaFosse of Virginia Beach, VA, a daughter Marie Strunk (Peter) of Clarksville, VA and two grandsons; Kevin Strunk of West Palm Beach, FL and Corey Strunk of Bracey. A casual attire memorial gathering and catered cookout will be held on Thursday July 11th at 5pm at Centennial Park, in South Hill, Va. The family suggests that memorial considerations be made in Donald’s name to the Marine Corp League’s ''Toys of Tots Foundation'', P. O. Box 642, Bracey, VA 23919.
