Mr. James Russell Skinner

Obituary:

Mr. James Russell Skinner, age 75, of Bracey, passed away on Wednesday March 25, 2026. He was a retired employee of Philip Morris International and always enjoyed spending time on Lake Gaston. He is survived by his son, David W. Skinner of Jarratt; his two daughters: Mary Bailey of Jarratt and Patricia Underdoe of Weldon, NC and his former wife, Lidie Cottee of Jarratt. A graveside funeral service will be conducted on Monday March 30th at 2:00 P.M. in Southlawn Memorial Park in Petersburg. Online condolences may be made through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com.   2. Friend and former co worker

    James and I worked together at Philip Morris in the 70’s. Also car pooled together during that time period. He was living in McKenny at the time. Prayers to all of his family. R.I.P.
