Mr. Edward Lee Allgood, Jr.

Obituary:

Edward Allgood, Jr (Eddie), 58 years old passed quietly in his home on the evening of March 20, 2019, surrounded by loved ones. Eddie joins his Mother, Vernice Allgood, his father, Edward Allgood, Sr., his sister Susan Allgood, and his daughter Ruth Ann Lawson in Heaven. He is survived by his daughter Sabrina Burns, her mother and friend Teresa Goin Lawson, a sweet cousin Elaine Blankenship, his friends and caregivers Sarah Nichols and Nathaneal (Nata) Gutierrez, and long-time friend Sharon Parrish, as well as a host of loved ones and distant family. A memorial service for Eddie will be held Thursday, March 28, 2019 at South Hill Presbyterian Church at 7 pm. Flowers may be sent that Thursday, as someone will be at the church most of the day Thursday to accept floral arrangements. Any donations of love may be given to South Hill Presbyterian Church.
