Dorothy Rook Reekes

Mrs. Dorothy Rook Reekes, age 78 of Winterville, NC and formerly of La Crosse, Va. died Thursday, February 21, 2019, at the Service League of Greenville.
She was a machine operator for the former La Crosse Sportswear and the widow of Otis A. Reekes.
Dorothy is survived by a nephew, Jimmy Reekes ( Karen Lyng) of Winterville, NC and a niece Judy A. Doane (John) of Hopewell, twelve great nieces and nephews, an uncle Aubrey Moseley of Danville, several Moseley cousins and a special thanks to Jennifer Walker with 3HC Hospice.
A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Southside Baptist Church , South Hill, VA. At 1:00 P.M. .Memorial contributions may be made to 3HC Hospice, 2402 Wayne Memorial Dr., Goldsboro, NC 27534. Online condolences may be sent through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com.
