Mrs. Betsy Simmons Green

Mrs. Betsy Simmons Green, age 72, of South Hill, died on Sunday, February 9, 2025. She was a retired employee of Brunswick County Social Services and the widow of Thomas Ray Green, Sr. She is survived by her son Justin Sculthorpe and his wife Sara of Richmond; her step-son, Tommy Ray Green, Jr. of McKenney; her granddaughter, Hazel Sculthorpe; her two step-grandchildren: Andrew Green and Michaela Green and her sister-in-law, Carol Johnson of Kenbridge. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday February 15th at 11:00 A.M. in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory with interment to follow in Crestview Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Zion Church, c.o. William S. Wilkinson, 101 Raines Street, South Hill, VA 23970. Online condolences may be made through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com.
