Mr. Billy Joe Bower, age 44, of South Hill, passed away on Wednesday October 22, 2025. He was a former employee of Brown’s Towing in South Hill. Billy is survived by his wife, Brittany G. Bower of South Hill; his two daughters: Kayla Bower and Abby Lloyd; his son, Hunter Lee Bower; his father, Billy Joe Stoneberger, Jr. of South Hill; his brother, Christopher Lee Stoneberger of South Hill; his sister, Jackie Slayton of Greenville, NC; his two uncles: Brandon Fleming and Tony Fleming; his aunt, Tommi Bower; his three nieces: Alyssa, Jackie and Sydney and his four nephews: Mason, Ryan, Michael and Christopher. Billy was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Sue Bower and his two uncles: George Bower and Tommy Bower. Burial will take place at a later date in the Jehoash Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Catlett, VA. Online condolences may be made through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com.
