Obituary:

Mr. Bruce Elliott Regan, age 72, of Bracey, died Sunday, December 29, 2019 in the Hundley Center, South Hill. He was a retired thirty-three year employee of Altria/Phillip Morris of Richmond.
Bruce is survived by his wife of twenty-seven years, Janet Buckman Regan, two sons; Bruce E. Regan, Jr. of Bracey and Paul Bradley Regan of Richmond, a step-son Christopher Neil Russell of Bracey and a brother Michael Regan and wife Karen of Richmond.
