Obituary:

Mrs. Betty Walker Blalock, age 86, of South Hill, died on Saturday March 14, 2020. She was a retired employee of Burlington Industries and also worked for Pine View Rest Home for many years. Mrs. Blalock is survived by her granddaughter, Heather Blalock and five great-grandchildren: Aleisha Doss, Juwan Jones, Tristan Jones, Layla Blalock and Makinley Blalock and two great great grandchildren; Jace and Karsyn Doss. She was predeceased by a son William Lewis Blalock. A graveside memorial service will be held on March 19th at 3:00 P.M. in Oakwood Cemetery.     So very sorry for your loss. Thought the world of Betty Lou. She will really be missed. May God go with each member
