Obituary:

Mr. Horace W. McCauley, age 81, of Tanglewood subdivision, Bracey, Virginia, died Friday May 15, 2020 in his home. He is survived by his daughter Wanda McCauley Decker and her husband Scott; his four sons: Dwayne McCauley, David “Bubba” Carson and his wife Tammala, Bryan McCauley and his wife Judi and Mark McCauley; his two sisters: Betty West and Peggy McCauley; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild and numerous other family and friends. A private interment will take place at a later date in Dale Memorial Park. Online condolences may be sent through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com.   1. I am so sorry to hear of Horace’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time. My mother’s baby Sister, Peggy, was married to Pete, but I always thought the world of Horace and considered him family as well. I always enjoyed seeing Horace and talking to him when he would come to Charlottesville to visit Peggy and Pete. He will be missed.
