Obituary:

Mr. Jerry Lee Dickens, age 76, of Boydton, died on Saturday January 1, 2022. He was a retired commercial real estate developer. Mr. Dickens is survived by his wife, Nancy E. Dickens of Boydton; his daughter, Stephanie Peurifoy and her husband Dr. Blake Peurifoy of Concord, North Carolina; his two sons: Steve Dickens and his girlfriend Tricia DeShane of Raleigh, North Carolina and Toby Dickens and his wife Allison of Raleigh, North Carolina; his eight grandchildren: Sarah, Christian, Joelle, Tyler, McKenzie, Cole, Genie and John Grahame; his sister, Jackie Thierstein of Oregon and his brother, James Dickens of California.
