  1. Condolences to the Merritt Family. It was a pleasure to have known Mr. Merritt for the brief time I knew him.
He was an officer and a gentleman that was kind, compassionate and very respectful.
    He will be missed.

  2. Merritt

We love and miss you Uncle Salty! I will always remember that bible study retreat you took me on at Westhampton where we had to memorize all the books of the Bible to see who could recite them. I still remember most of them! I loved our conversations together. You were always a straight shooter and told it like it was. I value your strength of character and conviction in that which you believe. You always had your family’s best interest at heart and never missed a reunion or special occasion even though you lived far. Your loyalty to your wife, Aunt Sandra, was an inspiration to me and I try to honor my wife as you did yours. We will miss you Uncle Salty! Your service to God Continues at his side!
