Mrs. Millie Lewis Wells

Obituary:

Mrs. Millie Lewis Wells, age 91, of South Hill, died on Monday September 5, 2022. She was a retired lifelong employee serving as an A.S.C.S. clerk for the United States Conservation Service, a long time member of the Shiloh United Methodist Church and the widow of Raymond Lee Wells. Mrs. Wells is survived by her sister, Louise Harris and her husband Harold of Boydton and her many loving nieces and nephews. Mrs. Wells was preceded in death by her parents, Christopher H. and Mary M. Lewis and her six sisters: Dorothy Icenhour, Mable Condrey, Vernice Manning, Christine Bradsher, Gladys Foley and Glynn Whitten. A graveside funeral service will be conducted on Friday September 9th at 11:00 A.M. in the Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery.
