Obituary:

Mrs. Edna Frances Lucy, age 76 of South Hill and formerly of Dolphin, VA , died, Sunday, January 20, 2019 in VCU/Community Memorial Hospital . She was a homemaker and the widow of Richard Thomas Lucy, her husband of 49 years.
She is survived by her daughter Belinda Lucy Moseley of Lawrenceville, three granddaughters; Crystal Layne of Kenbridge, Christina Merkle of Dolphin and Tammy Lucy of La Crosse, seven great grandchildren, four brothers; Don Lucy of Lynchburg, James Lucy of Hurt, Va. , Crowder Wilkerson Lucy, Jr. of Lawrenceville and Charles Theodore Lucy of
McKenney, a sister Mary Wheeler also of Lynchburg and nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two sisters ; Jean C. Mason and Katherine Hardison and a brother Frank Wilkerson Lucy.
A Graveside funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 P. M. on Thursday, January 24, 2019 in Concord Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Rawlings, Va.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. Thursday at Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory.
