William H. "Billy" Judd

Mr. William H. “Billy” Judd , age 76 of South Hill, died Wednesday, January 16, 2024 in VCU/Community Memorial Hospital. Billy was a United States Air Force Veteran, worked with Pepsi Cola of Petersburg for twenty years, Century 21 for ten years and Virginia Quilting. He was working part-time at the Virginia Welcome Center in Bracey off of Interstate #85 at the time of his death. Billy loved listening to music and spending time with his family and friends at the beach.
He is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Nell Hofler Judd, two daughters; Carrie J. Wilson and husband Jason of Kenbridge, Annie Judd Wall and husband Anthony of Raceland, KY, his sister Verla Blackwell and husband John of Alberta, four grandchildren; Jacob and Charlotte Wilson of Kenbridge and Addi and Aubrie Wall of Raceland, Ky. and two furry pets Stella and Luther Marie.
A funeral service will be conducted Monday, January 22, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. in South Hill United Methodist Church with burial in Oakwood Cemetery. The family suggest memorial contributions in Billy’s name to YUGO Ministries P. O. Box 1355, Chula Vista, CA. 91912 or The Upper Room ministries, c/o Rick Carroll, 105 Franklin St. South Hill, Va. 23970. Online condolences may be sent through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com.
