Mr. Harvey Gee Reese, age 82, of South Hill, died Thursday January 24, 2024 in his home, surrounded by his family. He was the owner and operator of his own car paint and body shop. He is survived by his wife, Laura J. Reese of South Hill; his daughter, Vicky R. Lynch of South Hill; his grandson, Travis Lynch and his wife Sandy; his granddaughter Amber Smith and her husband Justin; his brother, Wallice Reese of South Hill; his two sisters, Juanita Walker and Gertie Cook, both of Richmond; his great grandchildren: Madison Smith, Ty Smith, Annabelle Smith, Willie Smith, Trevor Lynch, and Lilly Lynch. He was preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Pannie Reese; and his son-in-law Stevie Lynch. A funeral service will be conducted on Friday January 26th at 11:00 A.M. in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory with interment to follow in Crestview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends starting at 10:00 A.M. until service time in the funeral home. Online condolences may be made through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com.
