Mrs. Johanna Muller Van Dyke

Mrs. Johanna Muller Van Dyke, age 84, of Richmond, died on Sunday March 3, 2024. She was a retired business mortgage consultant for Bank of America. Mrs. Van Dyke is survived by her three daughters: Yvonne E. Bales of North Chesterfield, Deborah J. Moore of Chattanooga, TN and Bobbie J. Bales of Ligonier, PA; her sister, Erika Kelly of Columbus, GA; her brother, Karl Heinz Muller of Iphofen, Germany and her devoted nephew and caregiver, Robert Van Dyke of Boydton. Mrs. Van Dyke was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Herbert Van Dyke and her daughter, Exther K. Bales. A graveside funeral service will be conducted on Monday March 11th at 2:00 P.M. in Crestview Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lake Country SPCA at P.O. Box 14, Clarksville, VA 23927 or through their website, www.lakecountryspca.org. Online condolences may be made through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com. Joannah and my mother, Jean Perry, became very close friends at Commonwealth Senior Living. They spent time playing dominoes and just talking and sharing life experiences. I would bring her stamps and her favorite Hershey bars. She will be missed.
