Gladys Edmonds Parham

Obituary:

Mrs. Gladys Edmonds Parham, age 86, of La Crosse died Monday, April 7, 2025 at Twin Lakes Rehabilitation Center. Gladys was the widow of Willie Linwood Parham, and worked as a supervisor for Virginia Quilting.
Gladys is survived by her son, Alvin Lee Parham (Rita) of South Hill, two grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Charles Linwood Parham, three brothers; Calvin Eugene Edmonds, Frank Edmonds and Floyd Edmonds Sr. and a sister Clara Edmonds Adcock .
A graveside funeral service will be conducted Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. in Crestview Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the La Crosse Baptist Church, P. O. Box 40, La Crosse, VA 23950. Online condolences may be made through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com. Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Parham family.

    We got to visit with Gladys & the Family on several occasions over the years cause she was my Stepdad’s Sister. She enjoyed and loved her Family so much. The Lord was her strength which was very evident. Alvin & Family, you did well caring for her. May God’s perfect Peace & Love surround all of you during this time.
