Obituary:

Amanda Adalia-Ann Ramsey, age 62, of Bracey, died on Tuesday April 8, 2025 in her home. She was a long time employee of Virginia Marble in Kenbridge, VA. She is survived by her daughter, Asena T. Brown of Lynchburg; her son, Stephen Gerling of Evanton; her six grandchildren: Devarea’ Davis, Aden Gerling, Landon Gerling, Rachael Gerling, Ashley Gerling and Mikhail Brown and her sister, Renee Austin of New York. She was preceded in death by her son, John Ira Wayne Ramsey and her sister, Barbara Martel. Services will be private. Online condolences may be made through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com.     I worked with Amanda at Virginia Marble. She was a friendly, and nice person, easy to get along with and a pleasure to know. Her untimely passing makes me sad, and I pray for God’s comfort and blessings on her family.
