Peggy Dawson Blalock

Mrs. Peggy Dawson Blalock, age 84 of Baskerville, VA, died Saturday, April 12, 2025 at her residence. She was a former employee of Burlington Industries in South Hill for many years, a hairdresser and a Bus Driver for Kenston Forest School in Blackstone also for many years.
Peggy is survived by her husband of fifty-six years Carl Gaines Blalock, a daughter Carla J. Blalock of Baskerville, two sons Chris W. Blalock and wife Donna also of Baskerville and Kenny R. Blalock and wife Presha of Dinwiddie, a sister Shirley Osterbind of Richmond, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
A private funeral service will be conducted at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Lake Country SPCA, 11764 US #15 South, Clarksville, VA. 23927.
