Mrs. Nancy Ebbert King
11/19/1944 - 04/29/2025
Mrs. Nancy Ebbert King, age 80, of LaCrosse, died Tuesday April 29, 2025 in VCU/Community Memorial Hospital. She was a former employee at Dominion Power for 25 years before becoming an LPN for 20 years where she later medically retired after faithfully serving the Annex/Hundley Center. Nancy was a fighter and a person who tried to make the best of all things that came her way, and she always had a beautiful smile for everyone.
She is survived by her husband, Timothy King of LaCrosse; her daughter, Lisa Ufland of Charlotte, NC; her sons, Ricky Lewis (Brenda) of Union Level and Brett Lewis of LaCrosse; her brother, Jack Ebbert (Linda) of Colonial Heights; her four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis Martin and her husband, Clayton.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date and will be announced on this website once scheduled. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Nancy’s name to the American Liver Foundation at Charitable Giving American Liver Foundation, P.O. Box 299, West Orange, NJ 08052 or the American Cancer Society at P.O. Box 6704
