Obituary:

Mrs. Mary Hite Hoover, age 88, of Kenbridge, passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday January 15, 2026. She was the widow of Donald Bennett Hoover. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Johnson and her husband Mike of Julian, North Carolina; her grandson, Daniel Moser and his wife Evelyn of Greensboro, North Carolina; her great-granddaughter, Addison Moser; her great-grandson, Bradlee Rice; her son, Timothy Keeter and his wife Cassie of Kenbridge; her two grandsons, Jacob Keeter and his wife Vickie of Victoria and Casey Keeter of Kenbridge; her great-granddaughter, Aurora Adair; her great-grandson Clark Keeter of Victoria, VA; and her sister, Eleanor Hoover of Greensboro, North Carolina. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday January 19th at 1:00 P.M. in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory with inurnment to follow in the Hite Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends starting at 12:30 P.M. until service time in the funeral home. Online condolences may be made through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com.
