Mr. David Morris Andrews
03/25/1945 - 02/22/2024
Mr. David Morris Andrews, age 78, of Baskerville, died on Thursday February 22, 2024. He was a life long tobacco farmer known for his incredible work ethic. Mr. Andrews is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Naomi S. Andrews of Baskerville; his three children: Mark David Andrews and his wife Sheila of Gasburg, Lorenda Wells and her fiance’ Darrell Chandler of Rougemont, NC and Keith Andrews and his wife Carol Ann of Prince George; his four grandchildren: Joseph Conner Andrews and his wife Alyssa, Elizabeth Naomi Wells, Laura Wells Carnes and her husband Austin and Haley Pearl Andrews; his sister, Doris Morris of South Hill and his beloved pet german shepherd, Sabel. Mr. Andrews was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Ola Andrews; his sister, Hazel Allgood; his two brothers, Ted Andrews and J.B. Andrews and his granddaughter, Hannah Andrews Vaughn. A funeral service will be conducted on Sunday February 25th at 3:00 P.M. in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory with interment to follow in La Crosse Cemetery. The family will receive friends starting at 2:00 P.M. until service time in the funeral home. Online condolences may be made through our website, www.crowderhitecrews.com. Our condolences to the family of Morris Andrews. We’re so sorry to hear of his passing. Morris was a big help to us when we first moved to Union Level 20+ years ago.
