Mrs. Billie Elizabeth Waugh Stelzner, age 84, of Valentines, Virginia, passed away on Monday October 19, 2026. She was a retired secretary for a communications company and an avid fan of the Washington Redskins. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Robert G. Stelzner of Valentines; her two sons: David Stelzner of North Carolina and Darin Stelzner and his wife Kim of North Carolina; her three grandsons: Nolan Stelzner and his wife Chase, Dylan Stelzner and his wife Lauren and Brady Stelzner; her great-granddaughter, Style Stelzner and her great-grandson, Cecil Stelzner.
