  1. Friend

This is to all of his family. I worked with him at Mecklenburg and it was a pleasure to be around him. He was such a kind and wonderful person. Have talked to him even after we both retired. Stephanie he talked about you quite often. He was always saying Steph this or Stephie that, you truly were his world. Just wanted you all to know that the people that worked with him loved him too. May God bless all of you.

As I sit here on the eve of your funeral Uncle Gene I find myself thinking back over the years and how many laughs we shared amongst other discussions on life and family I realize just how much I will miss you and how much I love you. Rest easy and when you see Grandma Lila and Arthur tell them I said hey and I love them.

Stephanie I love you and I’m praying for you and the boys. I know you were the apple of his eye and he truly bragged on you often to me and those boys he loved them so and worried about all of y’all you were a blessing to him.
