  1. Donna, we are so very sorry to hear of Mrs. Starke’s passing. What an inspiration she was to so many! The abundant love that she had for God, her family and ‘family friends’ was very apparent. We will always cherish and have extremely fond memories of time spent with her at family gatherings. We grieve with you in these days and time to come. Much love, Phyllis and Andy Jr.

  2. Mrs Starke is a precious lady. She was such a wonderful neighbor. She was so good to my ma and she and ma had many great times together. She always made sure we had something from her garden. I know you all will miss her so much. Praying for you all.

  3. Son

My mama was the most unselfish person I know. She gave all so that others had some. She made no discrepancies as to ones’ differences. All people had their problems and mama labeled none. If she could help, she would.
She always could find a way to help feed or clothe someone, give or get them a ride, and never belittled a soul. Her prayers for others were always a main topic of her talks with God and her encouragement and praise for those who tried was tremendous. Her love for life is unmatched and she asked for nothing in return.
She’s in heaven now. She’s where she wants to be. Let your tears of sadness be for those left behind as they are the ones who are suffering in a society that is cruel and has no future.
If you must cry, let the tears be for joy. She has lived her life to the fullest and now celebrates with Christ.
    AMEN!

  4. Donna and Dudley, I never saw your mama without a smile. This was something she shared and taught all of you. Keep her memory alive by carrying on that legacy. She is now in heaven with Dale, Dennis and your Dad. Prayers and good thoughts are with all of your family and loved ones at this time and always.
