Mr. Edicer Joseph Gonzalez

Mr. Edicer Joseph Gonzalez, age 95, of South Hill, died on Wednesday November 4, 2020 in his home surrounded by his family. He was a string bass player for the Roseland Dance Hall in New York and a World War ll United States Army Veteran. Mr. Gonzalez is survived by his wife of 71 years, Carmen L. Gonzalez of South Hill; his two sons: Edicer J. Gonzalez, Jr. and his wife Nilda of New York and Jose Angel Gonzalez of New York; his two daughters: Marta Gonzalez-Hipps and her husband John of South Hill and Carmen Gonzalez of Texas; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mr. Gonzalez was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey J. Gonzalez and his daughter, Karen Toliver. Services will be private.
