  1. Randy, your name was on the prayer list of Tabernacle Baptist Church today to remember your family. My husband, Larry Crowe, now deceased, was first cousin to your Dad, my husband called him “Boots.”

I am sorry to hear of your passing. My sympathy to the family.

  2. Rest easy "Randy Biker Dude"

How I came to know Randy was in the fall of 1984 at the College of William & Mary. I was a sophomore, and Randy was beginning his freshman year. Everyone at W&M brought something unique to the table, and Randy did not disappoint. He was an instant hit on campus, and I was pleased to be associated with him through our fraternity. Time passes, and connections fade and are lost. In recent years, Randy and I had reconnected through social media. I did not know Randy to have been ill, though I sensed that he was in some way. At the same time, I also sensed that a peace had replaced the restlessness of his youth. I am sorry I never got to see or speak to him again. Shame on me for not making the effort. Rest easy Randy. Rest in peace, eternal peace. Until we meet again, to our beloved “Randy Biker Dude,” Godspeed.
