Earnest Taylor "Ernie" Dunn

Mr. Earnest Taylor Dunn, age 56 of Boydton, died Thursday, September 30, 2021 in VCU/Community Memorial Hospital. Ernie was a mechanic for BNT Service Center of South Hill. He is survived by two daughters; April Pinkston and husband Ben of Chase City and Stacey Poteat and husband Chris of South Boston, four grandchildren; Katie, Cadence, Greyson and Christian, a sister Penny Lacks of South Hill and one brother Linsey Dunn of Florida. A graveside funeral service will be conducted Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery on Route #4, Baskerville. The family will receive friends at Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home from 12:30 to 1:30 P.M. prior to the service. The family suggest memorial contributions be made to Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery fund, 10228 Buggs Island Rd, VA. 23915. Online condolences may be made through www.crowderhitecrews.com.
