Mrs. Beatrice (Bea) Lothes-Buckallew , age 89, died Monday, November 8, 2021 in Great Plains Regional Health in North Platte, Nebraska. She was a Homemaker and the widow of Donald William Lothes of South Hill. She was born in Indianapolis, IN to Gerold Biddle and Irene Hines. Bea is survived by her husband of two years Dan Buckallew and his sons Tommy Buckallew of Illinois and Terry Buckallew of Iowa, and her children James Davis (Helen) of Cleburne, TX, Debra Majkol (John), Michael “Berry” Buckallew of IN, Michael A Lothes (Doshea) of Cleburne, TX, Donna M. Lothes of Cleburne, TX, Diane K. Posey (Fabian) of South Hill, VA, Jeri Anne Carr (Earnest) and Teri Ann Pehoski (Charlie) both of Cleburne, TX. twenty-five Grandchildren and 36 Great Grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Tuesday, November 16, 2021 in Ephesus Baptist Church in Smith Crossroads at 2:00 P.M. with interment in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Ephesus Baptist Cemetery Fund, 1642 Smith Crossroads, South Hill, VA 23970.
